Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Fed Ex doesn't ship to PO Boxes, and we'll need a physical street address. There is an option to have your package held for pickup at a FedEx location by entering the address of the Fed Ex office nearest you.

 

Missing or Lost Packages?

It's rare to have a package go missing or become lost. However, please contact us immediately when you are aware of a lost or missing package if it does happen. We'll immediately process a claim with Fed Ex. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, and we'll ship a replacement order if your package is determined lost or missing.
