Please make sure your hide is still in its new condition becasue we can't accept damaged hides for refund.

If you’re returning or exchanging a hide, it does require a prior authorization from us. Please contact us to arrange the return, and we’ll begin immediately. 

Returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt of receiving your package.

You'll  be notified via email of the receipt of the hide and its processing status.

Return shipping costs are paid for by the purchaser.  

You’ll usually see your returned funds to the account you used for the purchases within 3-5 business days (it depends on the banking institution).
